Do you want to do more to decrease your carbon footprint and reduce your impact on climate change? But you’re not sure where to start, or how to do more than you already do?
Would you like to eat more sustainably? But you don’t know which dishes to make or how to get all the necessary nutrients, such as proteins?
Do you want to make your home more energy efficient? Are you not sure if a heat pump or solar panels are the right choice? And is that why you keep postponing it? Or maybe because it is so expensive?
Do you fly to your holiday destination? But you feel guilty because you know it has a very high CO2 footprint? Are you looking for great and affordable alternatives?
Are you worried or angry because people around you continue to live their lives as if nothing is wrong? Do you want to start a conversation about climate change? But you find it difficult because this sometimes leads to frustration or even an argument?
Do you want to keep up with the latest (positive) developments regarding climate change and join a group of people who help each other to live more sustainably?
The program lasts 12 weeks. During this period there are 3 “mandatory” evening sessions, 3 optional sessions with experts and 3 optional inspiration sessions. All sessions last approximately one hour and are online via zoom.
The program fits easily into your (busy) schedule because it takes place online via WhatsApp and Zoom.
You can decide for yourself how much time you put into it. Sometimes that is half an hour a week, but if you attend an expert talk, it will be at least an hour a week.
You decide what you pay at the end, depending on what your budget can bear and how much value it has given you. For example, previous participants donated between 40 and 120 euros to support Shift to continue its mission.
