Waste to Harvest is an initiative in Amsterdam that helps residents compost their fruit and vegetable scraps locally. You drop off your organic waste at one of the collection points, and it is turned into compost for neighborhood gardens.
This way, valuable nutrients stay in the cycle, and composting becomes a community-owned activity, not just for the municipality.
