Westerlicht Energy Cooperative: for a fair energy transition Westerlicht is a residents' cooperative in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. They help neighbors make their homes more sustainable, for example, by offering advice on insulation or jointly purchasing solar panels. They also organize meetings so residents can support each other and share knowledge.



Why do we like it? Because it shows that the energy transition isn't just a matter for policymakers; it can be achieved together with residents.
