Monsak
Monsak makes handmade leather bags from discarded leather, unique, local and sustainable.
Description
Monsak: Bags made from discarded leather
Monsak uses what it calls "rescued leather": leather that has been rejected through strict quality control, B-grade leather, or rescued from dumping. The leather is cut and made into stylish bags. You can choose an existing model, design your own, or make your own bag during a workshop.
Why do we like it?
Because these bags are circular: you prevent leather from being wasted, get something unique, and support local craftsmanship.
