Pluk! Vegetables of West: Pick Your Own Garden in West
Pluk! is a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) project operating from two locations in Amsterdam West: on the grounds of Fruittuin van West and in the Lutkemeerpolder (Boterbloem). As a harvest member, you pay annually and can harvest your own vegetables and herbs weekly from May to December.
Why do we like it? Because you not only pick vegetables here, but also see how they grow. You eat seasonally, learn what's needed for healthy soil and plants, and you do all this together with others from the neighborhood.
