Thijmen's Garden: vegetables from Amsterdam Locally grown vegetables, herbs, and flowers are grown on Osdorperweg, following the seasons. The soil in which everything grows is nourished with compost and organic fertilizers. You can then order a crate each week, which will be conveniently delivered to your home.



Why do we like it? It's so great to eat food grown in your own city! Local also means no long transports and incredibly fresh. Plus, you're supporting a local grower who uses no pesticides, which is good for both people and the environment.
