Wij Zijn Deel: car sharing organised by residents In the Spaarndammerbuurt and Houthaven, residents share electric cars through their own co-operative. As a member, you can easily reserve a car via an app and pay per hour and per kilometre. The idea: fewer cars on the street, more space, and lower emissions. You only use a car when you truly need one, without having to own one yourself.



Why do we like this? Because it makes car sharing accessible and genuinely local, you sort it all out with your neighbours. You also help reduce the number of cars on the street and (hopefully) create more green space and room for things other than parked cars.
