Closing event: Hidden Impact
Description
What is the Hidden Impact Week?
From 2 to 8 November, the Hidden Impact Week takes place alongside Climate Week. During this week, the Think Big Act Now Foundation works with companies, organisations, schools and ambassadors across the country to shine a light on what normally remains hidden.
Participating organisations put up posters, share facts and LinkedIn posts, and invite colleagues to take the impact test at mijnverborgenimpact.nl. This helps everyone discover their personal top 10 impacts: where does your biggest impact lie, and where is the best place to start?
The week kicks off on 2 November with a webinar hosted by Babette Porcelijn.
Organisations will share what they have done during the week, what worked and what the results were. Then we will work together on three questions:
Finally, each table will share one insight or idea with the group.
Please note: There is room for just 100 participants, so don't wait too long to reserve your place.
Tip: Take the test at mijnverborgenimpact.nl in advance and bring your personal top 10 impacts with you.

Roundtable discussions: from awareness to taking action together
We start by gathering in small, mixed groups around tables. Participants in the Hidden Impact Week, members of Social Impact Factory and other guests will engage in conversation, guided by a table host.Organisations will share what they have done during the week, what worked and what the results were. Then we will work together on three questions:
- How can you make hidden impact visible in your own work or organisation?
- What do you need to take the next step?
- How can you support and encourage one another?
Finally, each table will share one insight or idea with the group.
A conversation with Babette: what have you always wanted to ask her?
Next, we will talk with Babette Porcelijn. She will respond to the insights gathered during the roundtable discussions and answer your questions. You can submit your question when you register, or simply ask it during the event.What will you take away?
- A better understanding of where the biggest, often invisible, impacts of our choices lie;
- Practical examples and inspiration from organisations that have already started taking action;
- An answer to your question, directly from Babette Porcelijn;
- New connections across two networks, and a better idea of how you can support one another.
Please note: There is room for just 100 participants, so don't wait too long to reserve your place.
