Crayfish fishing

The American crayfish is an invasive alien species that poses a threat to our native aquatic life. Eigen Krachtvoer’s solution: if you can’t beat them, eat them! This workshop teaches you how to catch the crayfish, peel them and prepare them as a real delicacy. After fishing, you’ll cycle back to Huis van de Wijk de Pijp, where you’ll learn how to peel them (whilst enjoying a snack and a drink). Price: €25 / Stadspas €6.
