‘De Standaard’ DIY bicycle repair workshop 11/09

This community bike kitchen is an accessible bike repair workshop at De Ceuvel, where you can drop in every Friday in August, September, October and November 2026 to learn how to repair and maintain your own bike with the help of an experienced bike mechanic from De Standaard by your side. The workshop is open from 12:00 to 18:00 in the Maakbar on Ceuvel Square (outdoors, under cover). Entry is free, though a voluntary donation is welcome. Please register via the form at https://forms.gle/VnTYpLJnU6yHz4N3A so we know how many people are coming, though registration isn’t compulsory. De Standaard focuses on repairs and maintenance, using basic tools and reused parts on a donation basis. You are responsible for your own safety and your bike.
