Eigen Huis Property Fair – 9 to 11 October 2026

Planning to build or renovate? Then come along to the Beurs Eigen Huis at Jaarbeurs Utrecht from 9 to 11 October 2026. Beurs Eigen Huis is the exhibition where you can make all your home dreams come true! Whether you’re looking for a new kitchen, bathroom, garden or interior design: here you’ll find all the specialists you need to create your dream home, all under one roof. Bring the plans for your plot or current home to the fair and speak to a (landscape) architect or builder to discuss the possibilities for your dream home. Do you want to make your current home more sustainable but don’t yet have a sustainability plan? Write down your questions and ask an independent adviser at the Sustainable Living & Advice Hub. Or visit one of our workshops or our speakers’ stage, where plenty of inspiring speakers are on hand to provide you with useful tips and tricks. A special design hub has been set up, where interior architects and designers share smart and creative home design ideas. There is also a continued focus on sustainable building and renovation, and on creating a healthy living environment at home. Ventilation, insulation, energy – experts are on hand for every topic. You can also get in touch with accredited companies and manufacturers specialising in sustainability.
