Every Friday afternoon, Voedselpark Amsterdam can be found in the Lutkemeerpolder. Catharine Giskes and/or Iris Poels are available to answer questions from students, local residents, organisations and anyone else who is interested.
Curious about the Lutkemeerpolder, Voedselpark Amsterdam, CSA (community-supported agriculture) or organic urban farming? Would you like to learn more about topics such as short supply chains, biodiversity and a fair food system in the city? You are very welcome to drop by. We are happy to share our knowledge and show you what the entrepreneurs of Coöperatie Ranunculus and Voedselpark Amsterdam are achieving in the polder every day.
We always combine these afternoons with a harvesting session. Up to two people can join in with the harvesting each time. The afternoons are primarily intended for people who want to contribute to the establishment of Voedselpark Amsterdam, help out on the land at Ranunculus or actively work towards creating a healthy living environment.
