Traditionally, gardens celebrate their harvest festival in September. But did you know that without waste, there can be no harvest? That’s why we’re hosting the Waste to Harvest Festival, a day when we celebrate not only the harvest, but also the cycle that makes it possible. During the festival, we’ll show how peels, leaves and cores are transformed into nutrient-rich compost that keeps the soil healthy and helps produce a harvest.
