Elixer - Circular and Social Crossroads in the Indische Buurt
What began as a temporary neighborhood estate in the Bijlmer district has been alive since 2023 as a restaurant, living room, and incubator in Amsterdam-Oost. You can enjoy a surprise dinner, coffee, or drinks, and behind the scenes, green ideas like a composting system are being developed. Everything revolves around giving, taking, and reusing: from secondhand furniture to bartering with surplus vegetables. Elixer's proceeds flow back into neighborhood projects, education, and sustainable initiatives.
